Butler County Children & Youth Services
We would like to welcome you to the Butler County Children and Youth Services website. Our agency is the single county authority for the investigation of child abuse and neglect for Butler County, Pennsylvania.
We strive to provide investigation and services that meet the best practice standards set by the Pennsylvania Office of Children Youth and Families as well as the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Our interventions are governed by the:
- Adoption and Safe Families Act
- Child Protective Services Law
- PA Juvenile Act
It is our primary goal to keep the children of Butler County safe within these bounds.

Butler County Children and Youth Services believe in the strength of the family and community to assist us in the effort to keep children safe. If you know of suspected abuse or neglect, please report it.
