We will no longer have paper copies to view in the Sheriff's Office.

Requirements

 For real estate, the fee is $2,500. Please note that these are deposits and are required. There may be a refund or additional funds may be required, depending on many factors, including, but not limited to:

• Advertising
• Mileage Rates
• Number of Attempts Made

Fees can be made by check, cashier’s checks, or money orders made out to Michael T. Slupe, Sheriff.

As of January 19, 2024, all Sheriff sales will be conducted on line only at https://butler.pa.realforeclose.com/
