The purpose of this is to assess what changes you have made in order to avoid another DUI arrest, whether or not alcohol is causing problems in other areas of your life, and if further treatment is appropriate for you at this time. Follow these directions:
- You must phone and make an appointment.
- Be prepared to pay for the evaluation/school at the time of appointment.
- The classroom is located in the basement.
