Please note we do not accept handwritten petitions. All petitions must be typed or electronically printed.

Please be advised that pursuant to the newly revised Orphans' Court rules, as of September 1, 2016, only the standardized forms provided by the Unified Judicial System of Pennsylvania will be accepted.
