Tax Payments

This service is available for the following:

  • Delinquent Tax Payments for all districts in Butler County  
  • Current Tax Payments for residents of the City of Butler, Callery Borough, Connoquenessing Borough, Saxonburg Borough, Valencia Borough, West Sunbury Borough.

Convenience fees are in addition to the amount (s) owed and are calculated as follows:

  • A 2.50% convenience fee with a minimum of $2.00 will be charged for Credit/Debit Card payments using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
  • A fixed $1.50 convenience fee will be charged for payments using E-check (ACH).
ALL MAJOR CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS ACCEPTED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE


You will have the opportunity to review the total amount due with the convenience fee prior to the payment submission.  

While you will be paying taxes to Butler County, the full amount of the convenience fee is passed to Municipal Services Bureau (MSB) as a provider of this service.  

Disclaimers

A $35.00 fee will be assessed on all returned items:  checks, credit card payments and online E-checks. 

There is a $10 chargeback fee for all returned online credit card payments and a $15 chargeback fee for all returned online E-check payments.

Convenience fee for credit & debit cards apply upon purchase or payment.
